Each tower is serviced by two passenger lifts installed by Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd., one in each wing.
In order to take care of our environment the Society has a 150 KLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) installed in the upper basement.
The campus is serviced by main and portable fire extinguishers in every building.
The Society has been provided with five heavy duty diesel generators of rating 380 KVA (03 Nos.) & 320 (02 Nos.) which provide adequate back up in case of a power failure.This supply is crucial in running essential services like lifts, street-lights, bore wells, water pumps and ventilators for the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in case of breakdowns, besides providing houses with minimum essential power supply for light and ventilation.
A cement top road of width varying between 9 Mtrs/ 6 Mtrs is laid around the periphery of the residential complex to handle heavy duty traffic. The internal walkways are laid with perforated cement tiles which facilitate growth of grass, thereby giving it an enchanting look of a green carpet especially during the monsoons.
Car Parking has been provided in the upper and lower basements. Limited open parking along the periphery wall is available on payment basis. This adds up to a total of 1190 parking slots.
A two-story facility center with green area, club, community center with party halls, office spaces, a gymnasium and a swimming pool provide the right infrastructure for a vibrant community living. Beautiful and well-maintained green patches with colorful flowers add a riot of colours and aesthetic appeal to the campus. The entire periphery is adorned by flower bearing trees which always invite beautiful birds to sing their sweet songs.
